and then updating the KISS tax tables from the diskette. Read the download

taxupd.exe - Download Now (17K)
Be sure the filename saved is 'taxupd.exe'.
Once you have the file saved to a diskette, it must be decompressed
as follows:
Now to update your tax tables using the diskette, do the following:
IMPORTANT - If you have more than one company that uses payroll,
perform steps 1-7 for each company.
If you get an error that 'txindex' or 'txmaster' are not found,
the download did not get saved properly. The files on the diskette
must be 'txindex' and 'txmaster' and 'taxupd.exe' after decompressing.
Try the download again.
If you still can't get it, call for help below, or enter your tables manually,
as shown on the previous page.
A download is not needed for GREUX
Hint - if LeftClick doesn't offer a 'save as' option, try RightClick
and READ the download instructions at the bottom of this page.

When the DOWNLOAD NOW is clicked, usually a window will appear, stating generally that it really doesn't know what to do with the file (depending on your browser). However, an option to 'save to disk' or 'save file' is usually offered. Do this and save the file taxupd.exe to your diskette drive (usually A:). Don't change the name, if you can avoid it. Use a new or good empty diskette.
Note that for some browser settings, the instructions above may not allow you to save to a diskette. In that case try RIGHT CLICKING on the DOWNLOAD NOW, then select 'Save Link as' or 'Save to Target', and direct to your A (or B) drive.
