Print O/E Invoices

	Note that the Printed flag is set if the invoice has been shipped.

	The following settings are called personal (tied to your computer if in a network).
	Changing one of these does not affect other users. Also 'personal' settings are 
	maintained separately for each company. 

		Title 
		Printer Type
		Print B/O qtys 
		Form Type
		Start Addr at col# (move left/right to fit in window envelope)
	
	All the rest on this screen are effective for all users company wide.
	
	If you have more than one company printing invoices, this screen may be different
	for each company.
