O/E Detail line Entry

	Press <enter> or <tab> keys to advance to the next field. 
	<Shift tab> will back up one field.

	Pressing <enter> or <tab> at the Line # field will ask to save.

	The Net available equals on hand - reserved + On Order

	The Net available does NOT include any changes made by you or 
	anybody else while you are in this session. Once you save these
	changes and/or additions (on the underlying list/edit screen),
	the net available is updated.

	An editing session is started when you select List/Add/Edit from the 
	Order master window.

	The Show/Hide Cost feature by default is on Hide when you first enter
	O/E. It will stay at whatever state you have it set as long as you
	stay in O/E. Note that this is tied to the Show/Hide Profit on the
	list of detail on the previous screen. Changing it is effective even
	if you cancel this screen.
