Re-order Level (Min)

	Use is for running the Re-order Report. If the Net available falls to 
	or below this quantity (a run time option), the item will print on the
	report, with suggested quantities to be ordered based on this level,
	and the 'reorder in Qtys of' and the 'fill to' Quantity. 

	In inventory terms this could be considered the Minimum level.

	Note that re-order levels of zero are ignored, unless ALL is selected
	on the re-order report, or if the net available goes negative.

	Also note on the Re-order Report the special use of levels of 1 (one).
