G/L Account Master - Status Field

	The Status field allows deletion of an unneeded G/L account
	number. Active, Inactive, or Delete status may have transactions
	posted.

	Delete status causes the account number to go away at the next
	cleanup (purge) and the file space is reclaimed.

	Usually, you would not want to remove an account unless ALL
	the YTD balances are zero. By doing so, you would throw the
	trial balance out for each month that is not zero.
