Find any Cost Transaction

	The list is not sorted in any way, and it is in order of actual postings in
	the transaction file which may appear to be in random order.

	Actually, all postings from a batch will be grouped together, roughly in
	order by Crop or Job, then cost code and then date within that. In general
	it is in date order, ie the older transactions coming first in the file.

	For searching purposes, the smaller the date range the better.
