Print Customer List

	Prints each customer's name, address, phone#'s, sales person, contact,
	customer type, and expiration date if set up.

	For selection using salesperson or customer type, partials are allowed
	and the whole field is scanned for a match. A blank field means select all.

	The default expiration date selection is all (From blanks to 999999). To
	select ONLY those customers with blank expiration dates (shown as N/A), set 
	both the from and thru dates to blanks.

	Remember you can print to SaveATree, then view last the AR report to see
	if you are getting the desired results.
