Print 1099's

	The default amounts for 1099 printing are the total of payments
	made in the specified 1099 year. The paid invoices are scanned
	for this total. If an invoice is only partially paid with a date
	in the specified year, the amount paid so far is used.

	1099s may be printed for any vendor, regardless of status, if you
	print individual 1099's.
	
	Consequently, clearing YTD totals before printing 1099s may be done
	since the actual invoices paid are totaled for each applicable vendor.
