Find Vendor Transactions

	The order of the list is as-posted, but generally in date order.
	Postings to previous periods will appear in order as of
	the current date when posted.

	Note that selecting a vendor will search for the exact characters
	you enter, unless you enter a trailing * (asterisk), which will 
	match any vender number containing the preceding characters.
	Either Upper/Lower case will match.
		ex: 'Jane' will select only vendor # JANE
		    'Jane1' will select only vendor # JANE1 
		    'Jane*' will select both JANE and JANE1 and JANET
