P/O Line item data entry

	The easiest way to enter data is to press <enter> or <tab> keys when
	the field you are in has the desired data. This will take you to the
	next field. Ex: after the Item part# is what you want then <Enter> for
	each field, until you get to the quantity field. <Enter> again,
	and key or accept the unit price, and then <Enter> thru the line
	# field, and you will wind up ready for the next line item. If you 
	dont need the next line item, simply <esc> to get back to the List.

	The on order value (of net available) reflects the system quantity at 
	the time you first listed the items on the previous screen's list.
	It does not contain any changes you have made since then.

	However the on hand and reserved do reflect any changes made by 
	other users that have been saved by them, just before you entered
	this screen.

	<Esc> key is the same as Cancel.
