Update Inventory status using a list of PNs

	Item status will be changed, and all affected items will remain
	in the inventory. Items may be processed by the system even if
	in Inactive or Delete status, but warnings may be issued.

	Changing an item from Cross-Ref (X) status to another status
	removes its redirect capability to the primary PN, unless
	manually set back to X-ref status.

	There is no need to have all users get out of the inventory
	as record locking is utilized, and you will be notified if
	someone stays in a part number too long.
