Update Min/Max from a List

	The expected format is shown on the window. The 'reorder 
	in qtys of' is not changed unless there is a value in the
	4th field. Use zero to change to zero. The 4th field may be 
	left off if no changes are desired for it.

	A report is printed showing all input lines and their effect.

	Do a Proof run to be sure you will get the desired results.
	Set your printer to SaveATree, and review the last IN report.

	No need to get everybody out to run. This is in multi-user
	mode.
