B/M Validate and/or Re-organize (rebuild)

	Note that the Validations runs may be performed with other users 
	accessing inventory. No updating is performed.

	For the Re-organize runs, you must be the only user in Inventory 
	(it will tell you if not). No one else may be using O/E or P/O either.

	
	Using the Re-organize option and leaving Invalids and orphans in the file
	provides for useable B/M's, but without the error items. This allows 
	for temporarily having clean workable lists, altho maybe short the
	invalid items. Note that the invalids will still show up on a validation
	run, but will not be in the working lists. But if a missing PN for example
	is put back in the master, another rebuild will put the old item back on
	all its working lists.

	Running a reorganize and removing all invalid items, eliminates them
	permenantly from the file, and they will not show up on the validation
	report anymore either.
