Print All eligible Vendor 1099s

	Only status M or R vendors are looked at. 

	The Count and Validate run does not print anything but
	a total of 1099s to be printed is given on screen. Also
	any eligble vendors without an ID# is displayed. 

	ID numbers are NOT checked for validity. A one character
	ID will be treated as if it is valid. This is your responsibilty.
